FAA/S2 for the 2-minute interval
Whereas the operator mounts the fitting parts from the front, they are automatically screwed together on the sides.

Sashes-stopping machine on the FAA-Range

For the shortening of the transmission and the scissors the positioning stop automatically adjusts to the right measures. The fitting parts are placed manually. The screw joint is done by the Sashes-stopping machine. 
Depending on the required capacity there are 4 different options available:

FAA/S2	for the 2-minute interval
FAA/S3	for the 1.5-minute interval
FAA/S4	for the 1-minute interval
FAA/S4-30	for the 30-second interval

FAA/S3 for the 1.5-minute interval
The operator clips in manually all of the Beschlagteile. Subsequently, they are fixed with a revolving screwdriver.

FAA/S4 for the 1-minute interval
The leaf is prepared equally as the FAA/S3.
The screw joint follows afterwards with two screw drivers at the same time.

 

FAA/S4-30 for the 
30-second interval
Four screw drivers work on two leafs simultaneously. Together with a fast transport- and fixation system an interval of 30 seconds per leaf is achieved.
